Carlton Real Estate has unveiled its new and exclusive “Al-Dar” masterplan in Muharraq City, specifically in Samahij. The masterplan consists of 22 residential plots with RB classification.
The plot sizes in the Al-Dar plan starting from 337 square meters to 560 square meters, with prices starting from 109,000 Bahraini Dinars.
Al-Dar masterplan is considered strategically located, being close to Amwaj Islands, Dilmunia, Diyar Al-Muharraq, and nearest to the new highway connecting Diyar Al-Muharraq and Manama City.
